How does shipping work?
Nutrimeals is able to ship our fresh prepared meals across BC, AB and SK! Depending on your location we will either use Canada Post or a Courier. Once we receive your order, it will take one business day to process and will be sent out according to our order schedule. It is preferred that shipments are sent over night, to arrive to the shipping address provided the next day. However, not all cities/towns are eligible and shipping may take up to two days. Please view the eligible locations here. We send our meals in insulated boxes with ice blocks to ensure meals are kept at a safe temperature. Please be sure to pick the shipping option while you're in the checkout process to ensure you correctly pay for shipping your meals. Nutrimeals is not responsible for the state of the meals once they have left our facility.
Where do you ship?
We have partnered with ACE Courier to ship your meals. They are able to ship to certain locations within BC and AB. For SK shipments we use Canada Post
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates vary based on size and weight of the package and are calculated by Canada Post.
What happens if I don't receive my shipment when I was expecting it?
Call us immediately! Yes your food is in an insulated and temperature controlled box, but we must be aware of the situation so that it can be resolved ASAP with no food spoilage.

What are your delivery days/ time?
Our delivery days and times are as follows:
You will receive a delivery notification via email 24 hours in advance with a shorter and specific window that is based on volume and our schedule. This way you can plan your day around your delivery time.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is $9.99 for orders under $100, and free with orders over $100. If you live outside of Calgary city limits you will be charged a $25 delivery fee.
What if I'm not available during the delivery?
If you are not going to be home during the delivery hours, please leave a cooler/insulated bag outside and we will place your meals in the cooler. Nutrimeals is not responsible for unattended food or spoilage of any kind when meals are left outside or at a community post office.
Can I pick up my meals?
Yes, you can! Our pick up times are as follows:

How much does it cost?
All of our meals are individually priced so it depends on what and how much you decide to order!
Do you provide custom meals?
The "Build your own" is our version of custom meals. These meals allow you to choose your size of protein and side. Rice is measured in quarter cup increments and all vegetables are measured as 1 cup.

What is the recommended order size?
We suggest that you order twice a week to keep your meals fresh. However, our meals will last up to 5 days.
Are the containers microwave safe?
Yes, our containers are BPA free, reusable, and microwave and dishwasher safe.
How long should I heat my meal in the microwave?
We recommend that you remove the lid and put the container in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes.
Are any of your meals gluten free?
Meals that are gluten free are indicated by the letters GF that can be found in the description of each meal. Also keep your eye out for dairy free (DF) and vegetarian (V) indicators as well. These meals are not made in a gluten-free or nut-free facility. Our vegetarian meals are based on a lacto-ovo vegetarian diet which excludes red meat, fish and poultry, and includes dairy and eggs.
Can I get free shipping if I use another coupon?
No. You cannot use multiple coupons in one transaction.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Please email email@example.com immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How can I view my previous orders (order history)?
Click the person icon in the top right corner of the page. When re-directed to the log-in screen, log-in using the same credentials that were used when placing your order. Once you have successfully logged in, your order history will be displayed. (One-click re-order button coming soon).
Do you direct bill WCB?
Yes, we can direct bill WCB. Please contact us first and provide us with your claim number and WCB agent's contact information. We will contact your WCB agent to confirm your medical aid requirements.
How do I earn nutripoints?
You can earn nutripoints by: purchasing meals, registering your birthday, and referring friends, family, colleagues and followers. Each account will be given a custom referral link. Every person referred will be given 5% of their order, once they order, the sender will be rewarded 500 nutripoints ($5.00 credit).
What can I spend my nutripoints on?
You can treat them like cash and buy meals, or donate the dollar value to one of our three partnered charities (coming soon)
