Shipping: 

How does shipping work? 

Nutrimeals ships fresh prepared meals across Canada in insulated boxes with ice packs to ensure meals are kept at a safe temperature. Once your order is ready, they are sent out with the selected courier that is best fit for your location. All shipments are sent via express/ next day so that your prepared meals arrive the next day. However, just because you selected next day shipping does not mean your meals will arrive the day after you order. Nutrimeals has a strict ordering schedule that you can see here.  

Nutrimeals is not responsible for the state of the meals once they have left our facility. 

Where do you ship? 

Nutrimeals can ship to multiple locations across Canada. Please see a detailed list hereNutrimeals will not to ship to PO boxes. 

How much is shipping? 

Shipping rates vary based on size and weight of the package. 

What happens if I don't receive my shipment when I was expecting it? 

Check your tracking information and call us immediately! Although the meals are packed in an insulated and temperature controlled box, but we must be aware of the situation so that it can be resolved ASAP with no food spoilage.

Can I get free shipping if I use another coupon? 

No. You cannot use multiple coupons in one transaction.

When do you deliver? 

Our delivery days and times are as follows: 

Sunday: 2pm-9pm 

Monday: 8am-12pm 

Tuesday: COMING SOON 

Thursday: 2pm-9pm 

You will receive a delivery notification via email 24 hours in advance with a shorter and specific window that is based on volume and our schedule. This way you can plan your day around your delivery time. 

How much is delivery? 

Standard delivery is $9.99 for orders under $100, and free with orders over $100. If you live outside of Calgary city limits you will be charged a $15 delivery fee.  

What if I'm not available during the delivery? 

If you are not going to be home during the delivery hours, please let us know by emailing contact@nutrimeals.ca. You can leave a cooler/insulated bag outside and we will place your meals in the cooler. Nutrimeals is not responsible for unattended food or spoilage of any kind when meals are left outside or at a community post office.  

  

Meals and Ordering: 

How much does it cost? 

Because we are a meal prep service, all of our meals are individually priced, so it depends on what and how much you decide to order. 

Do you provide custom meals? 

The "Build your own" is our version of custom meals. These meals allow you to choose your size of protein and side. Rice is measured in quarter cup increments and all vegetables are measured as 1 cup.

What is the recommended order size? 

We suggest that you order twice a week to keep your meals fresh. However, our meals will last up to 5 days.  

Are the containers microwave safe? 

Yes, our containers are BPA free, reusable, and microwave and dishwasher safe. 

How long should I heat my meal in the microwave? 

We recommend that you remove the lid and put the container in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes.  

Technical: 

Why can I not complete my transaction?

Are you using Internet Explorer? If you are using internet explore, you will not be able to complete the check out process. Please use an alternative web browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.

To transfer your cart to another browser, just copy and past the URL to the new browser and you will be able to pick up where you left off.

Are you using a different browser? Please contact us and we will work with our payment partner to help you complete the transaction

What if I need to cancel my order? 

All of our meals are made to order. If you need to cancel your order please email contact@nutrimeals.ca immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.  

How can I view my previous orders (order history)? 

Click the person icon in the top right corner of the page. When re-directed to the log-in screen, log-in using the same credentials that were used when placing your order. Once you have successfully logged in, your order history will be displayed. (One-click re-order button coming soon). 

Do you direct bill WCB? 

Yes, we can direct bill WCB. Please contact us first and provide us with your claim number and WCB agent's contact information. We will contact your WCB agent to confirm your medical aid requirements.  

NutriPoints: 

How do I earn nutripoints? 

You can earn nutripoints by: purchasing meals, registering your birthday, and referring friends, family, colleagues and followers. Each account will be given a custom referral link. Every person referred will be given 5% of their order, once they order, the sender will be rewarded 500 nutripoints ($5.00 credit). 

What can I spend my nutripoints on? 

You can treat them like cash and buy meals, or donate the dollar value to one of our three partnered charities (coming soon)
