We understand that life happens, and you might need to cancel your order.

Please respect our cancelation and refund policy as stated below.

We must receive a minimum of 48 hours notice from the time your order leaves our facility that you are cancelling. Once a meal or order has been prepared, in transit, or delivered, there will be no refunds. If an order is canceled before the meals have been prepared, a refund can be arranged. By placing an order with Nutrimeals, you agree to this refund policy. Please email contact@nutrimeals.ca for further information.

Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.
