Delivery

 

Where do you deliver, and how much does it cost? 

Calgary: all quadrants of Calgary. Standard delivery is $9.99 for orders under $100, and free with orders over $100.

Okotoks, Chestermere, Airdrie: Standard delivery fee is $15 for orders under $100, and free with orders over $135.

Alberta: Delivery fees are calculated at the checkout

When do you deliver?

What if I'm not available during the delivery? 

If you are not going to be home during the delivery hours, please let us know by emailing contact@nutrimeals.ca. You can leave a cooler/insulated bag outside and we will place your meals in the cooler. Nutrimeals is not responsible for unattended food or spoilage of any kind when meals are left outside or at a community post office. Nutrimeals can not guarantee specific requested delivery times. We are doing our best to accommodate everyone and we appreciate your understanding! We recommend to order your meals on a day you know that you will be home for the delivery, or close to the delivery window.

What happens if I don't receive my Delivery when I was expecting it? 

Check your tracking information and call us immediately! Although the meals are packed in an insulated and temperature controlled box, but we must be aware of the situation so that it can be resolved ASAP with no food spoilage.

Can I get free shipping if I use another coupon? 

No. You cannot use multiple coupons in one transaction.  

Meals and Ordering

do you accommodate modifications to meals? 

We will only accommodate modifactions, or omit ingredients in meals when it is allergy specific. Please be aware that our meals are not produced in an allergen free facility.

How much does it cost? 

All of our meals are individually priced, so it depends on what and how much you decide to order!

Do you provide custom meals? 

The "Build your own" is our version of custom meals. These meals allow you to choose your size of protein and side. Rice is measured in quarter cup increments and all vegetables are measured as 1 cup.  

If you need your meals to be weighed or follow specific marcos please email us and we will be happy to provide you with custom pricing. contact@nutrimeals.ca 

What is the recommended order size? 

We suggest that you order twice a week to keep your meals fresh. However, our meals will last up to 5 days.  

Are the containers microwave safe? 

Yes, our containers are BPA free, reusable, and microwave and dishwasher safe. 

How long should I heat my meal in the microwave? 

We recommend that you remove the lid and put the container in the microwave for 2-4 minutes.  

What if I need to cancel my order? 

All of our meals are made to order and we require 48 hours notice if your order needs to be cancelled. If you need to cancel your order please email contact@nutrimeals.ca immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you. Nutrition plans made by the dietician are non-refundable.

How can I view my previous orders (order history)? 

Click the person icon in the top right corner of the page. When re-directed to the log-in screen, log-in using the same credentials that were used when placing your order. Once you have successfully logged in, your order history will be displayed. (One-click re-order button coming soon). 

Do you direct bill WCB? 

Yes, we can direct bill WCB. Please contact us first and provide us with your claim number and WCB agent's contact information. We will contact your WCB agent to confirm your medical aid requirements.  

Technical

Why can I not complete my transaction?

Are you using Internet Explorer? If you are using internet explore, you will not be able to complete the check out process. Please use an alternative web browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.

To transfer your cart to another browser, just copy and past the URL to the new browser and you will be able to pick up where you left off.

Are you using a different browser? Please contact us and we will work with our payment partner to help you complete the transaction

Nutri-Points

How do I earn nutripoints? 

You can earn nutripoints by: purchasing meals, registering your birthday, and referring friends, family, colleagues and followers.

Each account will be given a custom referral link. Every person referred will be given 5% of their order, once they order, the sender will be rewarded 500 nutripoints ($5.00 credit). 

What can I spend my nutripoints on? 

You can treat them like cash and buy meals, or donate the dollar value to one of our three partnered charities (coming soon)  

Subscriptions

How does it work?

We currently offer 10, 15 or 21 meal subscription boxes. You are able to select the frequency of delivery, and your delivery day.

When will my subscription be delivered?

This will depend on the delivery day you chose and how frequent you want the delivery to happen. For example, if you chose your first box to be delivered on a Monday, and you chose your frequency of deliveries to be every two weeks, your box of meals will arrive every other Monday. If you purchased a 21 meal box, you will have 2 delivery days per week. Your first delivery day will be the week day you select, and your second delivery will occur 4-5 days after your first delivery so that you have fresh meals that will last you the entire week.

How are my meals picked?

Once you place your order, you MUST set up a Nutrimeals account and fill out the preferences form. Click here to watch a short video tutorial on how to create an account and update your preferences. Once your preferences are updated, our team selects the meals that we currently have available on our menu that follows your preferences. If your preferences are limited we will provide repeats of meals or Build Your Own meals that meet your criteria. If you do not update your preferences our team will select a random assortment of meals. We can not offer any refunds on subscription boxes if you do not select your food preferences.
